About Author:

A Hindu holy man from India, Swami Vivekananda played a substantial part in introducing Vedanta (End of Vedas) to the Western world. He is credited for reviving and redefining certain aspects of religion in India. Vivekananda left a large body of philosophical works and his books, compiled from his lectures around the world, are considered fundamental in the Hindu practice of yoga. He was also considered a very good singer and a poet and composed many songs during his lifetime.
